Originally based in Chicago, Inspiration Kitchens is an award winning food service program for the people of Los Angeles affected by homelessness and poverty. The program empowers the participants to achieve self sufficiency and improvement in their lives. This intensive culinary program teaches students skills and experience for the food service industry.

Aerie is Inspiration Kitchen’s fine dining experience in Downtown Los Angeles. With American Southern cuisine prepared by Executive Chef David Rosenthal and students, diners are welcome to enjoy the culmination of their hard work. Aerie teaches students the skills to work in fine dining establishments.
